Hi

Can anyone help me out with this problem. I have a customer transfer his Definity BCS switch to another country. The support person has forgotten this password for administration, and getting into the system with the craft access in not successful. How can one go about to retrieve access tot this system.

You can call the Definity help line at 800-242-2121 and for a mere $500 they will be happy to reset it. You could also try cust, custpw1.
