Customer number

hai,

I'm working at a telecom service company with the md110 ericson.
I want to know how to find the connection between the customer number en the destination number, I have placed the phone in a customer number "1" but how do i now wich destination is given whit this.
Is it possible to program yourself the customer number or is this programmed with the setup from de MD110

If you have access to ALEX look in SOLOUTION DOCUMENTS then CUSTOMER GROUP

You can add up to 250 CUST's

The customer group feature can be divided into five major functions:

Customer-dependent selection of PABX operator group for calls to the customer group's common PABX operator number.
Customer-dependent selection of centralized operator, i.e. customer centralized operator, for rerouted calls and calls to PABX operator group.
Customer-dependent day-service and night-service position.
Customer-dependent route selection.
Common diversion positions.

but i don't think i have ALEX, ik work with the extension manager and have also acces to the DNA apllications suite.
