Hello,

Is it possible to use VM Pro to call a list of telephone numbers and play a pre-recorded message to each number called?

Thanks,

Garry

My vendor has told me that this isnt available as I was looking for a similar solution.

There may bethird party software but Iam not aware of any.

Sorry that I cant be of more help!

There is an add-on from avaya (part of the predictive dialler) that can do this, I think.

You could also look at using a database, some visual basic and a tapi dialler to create the call, pass it to VM Pro to play the message, and then carry on. However, you would need to be able to detect when the call was answered, and if it was answered by a human.....

In the UK, at least, there are legal implications of doing this - it's illegal unless there is the option to talk to a live operator somewhere in the call flow.

I think you could do this using the whisper action.

Set the whisper to play to some virtual users that would be forwarded to the numbers you want to play to.
