Hi All.
Something "funny" going on and hopefully someone can tell me what i missed.
To make life easy (easier) for my customer's users, I have taken those who have a softphone and office phone, put them into a group so that when someone calls, we can get the call to the user with message waiting indications on both items at the same time.
IF I call in on the IP Office that has the groups directly, calls can get to them and do what it is supposed to do, no problem.
If I call into the main IP Office, and the call has to go across the SCN, they say that they cannot do it. Should the auto attendant at the site pick up, and I dial the group extension number it works just fine.
I verified that trunk to trunk connect on the analog lines is allowed, as well as under system made sure that inhibit off-switch transfer is unchecked.
Has anyone run into something similar?
Regards
