Did you guys know there is a custom reports portal.

Custom reports made by people are put in here for you to download and use. You wont get any support from avaya but it may help you out in times of need.

Not been on there myself so not sure how many are on there but check check check it out yall!

I think you will need an SSO login so you may have to create one first.

How difficult is the ACE???? Do you need to be able to set up the Comms Manager side of the VOIP links in the test???

I keep thinking of doind it but never done Comms Manager.

I cant answer that question really.

You are made to sign a document before going in that says whatever happens on tour stays on tour. And if you are caught divulging that kind of information you will be disowned by the powers that be.

All i can say really is if you know your IP Office inside out without looking at the manual you will pass.

It is true to say that the ACE Implement IPO is exactly what it says on the tin, you have to be an expert in IP Office to pass it.
