Hello All.
Im am new to Custom View Director but when I log in, I receive the following error:
"There is no match found for the following schema in schema directory
Schema Name: CallCenterSchema
Schema Version: 1.9"

Any thoughts on what is causing this issue, and how to correct it?

Thanks
C-

From "Data Source Path" in the "File" drop down list - locate your cc.txt file. Open the text file and change 1.9 to match any others in the file. Or simply change 1.9 to 1.8.

Hi,

Do you have the schema files installed?

C:\Program Files\Aspect Communications\ProducerDirectorSchema\Acd\Schema

What entries do you have in there?
