custom tags not processing

I just installed DynamicPDF and DynamicMS. The custom tags are in CFusionMX/customtags and that is the path in the CF admin. whenever i call on these custom tags, the page outputs the garble (they're encrypted).

It's like they are not processed or unencrypted when i call them.

what could be the problem?

Sounds like the tmeplates were opened, saved which will hose up an encrypted cf template

OR

You missed something in the install process. Refer to this link for install instructions:

Possible they're in binary rather than ASCII? I had that problem back in 4.5.
