Custom Reports Problem 1

Hi,

I am using CMS V8 and have written a Custom Report that requires the Date to be displayed 8 times. When the report is run within CentreVu Terminal all is ok, but when I try to run this report in CentreVu Supervisor V8 DH.04 I get the error "Error 28611 Report Translator Failed - invalid syntax in GEM file" "Location: REngine:cvsReport:m_ParseReport:110".

Please can anyone help with this issue?

did you create the report with the terminal or windows application ? With best regards

I created it with Terminal. All the other reports that I have written work ok on both Terminal and Supervisor.

From CentreVu Supervisor copy the Custom Report to a Designer Category.
Then try editing the report using Report Designer.
Can't promise results but might point you to the error.

Another option would be to remove repeated date field in Custom Report to prove this is causing the error and then use above to add date fields where required.
