Custom Report Question - Integrated report

I would like to create a integrated custom report, multi-vdn with service level.

The report doesn't accept the Service Level Calculations (ACCEPTABLE/INCALLS)*100
It's a multi vdn report based on standard report "split/Skill Comparison report"

Are you trying to list the service level in each individual VDN or trying to provide an overall service level?

You cannot apply any aggregation (i.e. sum) to the integrated tables but individual results SHOULD work.

I have just tested it..

Thanks for your reply.

I know that is not possible to make a sum or to have another aggregation in an integrated report.

My customer would like to have aan service level on each individual VDN ... the calculation (ACCEPTABLE/INCALLS) is no problem but from the moment I add the the percentage like (ACCEPTABLE/INCALLS)*100, I get the message that there is a problem with the Query ?

CMS Release is R12.
