Custom Report Creation

Could someone please walk me through the steps on how to create a report with:
Inputs: "Dates" (can input a single day or range) & "Splits/Skills"
Column Headers: "Login ID" "NCH" "AHT" "ATT" "ACW" & "ACWOUTTIME"
Rows are each individual associate's name/metrics.

I've been trying to figure it out for days, but no luck. Thanks so much in advance!

Assuming you are building this in CMS Supervisor ap:
You could probably just modify the Agent Group Attendance report. Change the date input to multiple values and add a Split/Skill input (also multiple values.
Add Split/Skill to your data query and modify table properties to display it and its header. Add your agents to a group and run it.

You will get one line for each agent/skill combo. The dates are summed across the date range you selected. You can do a bit more tweaking in the query to separate those out.

There are extra bits in this report that you could/should get rid of. It is important that Aux time, Aux out calls are attributed to the Agent's TOP skill.
You'll need to review the docs to verify if you ever decide to manage some of that data in this report.

I think this is what you're trying to get at.
