PowerPoint has a function called "Send To Microsoft Word" that allows you to send a presentation into word and use a set of pre-made "page layouts" to format the information coming from powerpoint.

Does anyone know if it is possible to make a custom version of this "page layout"?

My problem is that I want to use the layout that puts 1 slide per page, and lines below. The way they have it formated, there are way to many lines and the slide is to small.

My presentation have over 1000 slides, so if I use this function to create hand outs, I will need to go resize each slide image and delete a few lines for ALL 1000 pages!

In the future I would like to be able to import power point slides where I have 2 slides side-by-side with my written notes below, or have 4 slides per page only, etc...

A 1000 slide presentation??? No offense, but I am glad I am not sitting in the audience. Yikes.

I have been trying, but so far, no luck. There may be a way, but I don't know it.

Ok thanks... I have been searching for other ways to do it but have found nothing simple or even more complex...:(
