Custom Nam Programing

anyone know a good company that does custom nam programing? i need more then four tables and 10 trees. am i going to be able to do this with cutom programing?

small call center for about 80 clients. need 80 or more different tables. ie. nam answers target line 145 abc company message, 146 xyz company message etc. im aware the software that came w/ the nam maxs @ 4, but can you write custom programing to do more? if so any suggestions of a company that can do it?......thanx

sounds like you need another solution... maybe Cinphony II? Of course, now you are talking another NAM (they dont support co-res any longer I believe), and the Cinphony software... maybe $10k.

oops... didnt read the "target line" issues you mentioned.

hmmm... would need more info on how you would like this to work I guess.

...back on the Cinphony subject, you can do 240 announcements, it can answer all of your lines, and distribute the calls (definitely would want the Auto Attendant addon), dont see a way of doing it with the NAM only.
