Another company is trying to send us an email which has a custom form we can't view it. Everytime we get the email using th eform we just get a blank body with nothing in it and no error messages. Is there something we have to do to be able to receive this email properly do we have to install their custom form and if so how?

If the form comes as an attachment. Save the attachment out and try opening it. If that works, you can publish for future use.

Will this enable me to see the email. I think the entire email message is done on a custom form. When we get the email it is blank so will publishing it allow everyone who gets this email to be able to see it.

If I could give you three stars I would. That article did the trick you are a life saver. Thanks.
