Custom form error message

I have a user that periodically gets an error message that reads:
The custom form could not be opened.

Outlook will use an Outlook form instead.

The object does not support the requested action.


This pops up even if Outlook is open, but the user is idle and has not necessarily done anything. I found one article regarding meeting requests, but like I said, the user is not doing anything when it pops up. Any ideas?

Where is the form coming from...Organizational Forms Library? or Personal Forms Library? Has it been published?

The user has not used any forms, and there have really never been any custom forms used in our network environment.

Right click on the mailbox, properties. Does "when posting to this folder, use __________ match other users? They may have played with forms and then selected as their default form.
