In Exchange 5.5 you could issue ETRN or TURN commands, or your own custom command to dequeue mail. Our isp says to use a finger command to dequeue mail, is there anywhere to set this up in Exchange 2000, because I can't find it?

Thanks!

I now have the same problem with Exchange 2003, I see this thread is quite old with no replies. Did you find an answer?

says:

"If you are using a server that uses FINGER or DEQUEUE commands, you must run a script to connect to tell your ISP's mail server to start downloading messages."

So how do I do that?
