Custom Control in Design View

I have a custom control with 2 TextBoxes. When I drag the control onto a WebForm in Design View the control shows as a very small green arrow. I can expand the control by dragging one of the corners and the control snaps open and shows as I would expect it to show. As I toggle between HTML and Design view the control shows the same behavior (shows a small green arrow).

Any suggestions?

Answer my own question. Have to create a Designer class that inherits ControlDesigner and Override GetDesignTimeHtml() function.
