Custom Call Routing Nightmares 1

Hi All,
Going nuts here trying to get a CCR tree working. I have recorded all of my prompts, and added all of my sub-nodes. The CCR Tree directory says the tree is OK. If I try to test the tree by using Feature 986, it tells me the directory is invalid. If I try to accees it using feature 981, it asks me for a password. No matter what I put in it tells me it is invalid. What we would like to do is have a human answer the phone and be able to route a call into a CCR tree. We are using and MICS system with a Callpilot 150. Any ideas where I'm screwed up?(aside from the obvious)

DUH!
That was that part of the problem. Now, is there a way to keep that mailbox from taking messages. OR BETTER STILL is there a way if someone leaves a message in that mailbox to broadcast it to the HG? I seem to remeber reading that somewhere, but can't figure it out. That would be the crown on the king!

You can set an alternate ext that will receive the message as well as leaving the message in 707 MB. Problem is the alternate ext can't have its own mailbox.

For MB not to take messages use Alt greeting there is a setting in Alt choice not to take messages.
