Custom Announcer

I have a pre-recorded .mp4 I'm trying to make as an announcer. IE: xxx-xxxx is called, annoucement is played. I have a feeling the .mp4 is not going to be the right format. I know when making ringtones it has certain requirements to it but I can't find my notes on it. Any help would be appreciated. Do I need to upload this in the TFTP server or is it somewhere else?

Thanks, I have them on the server now but how do I tie the MOH to a directory number without placing them on hold. I'm looking for more of a personalized error message rather thatn MOH.

Can't you just send that call to voice mail and play that message there instead? that would be easier and make more sense. Use a call handler if you have unity or unity connection.

That's the only option I could think of..I didn't know if there was something I was overlooking. I have an announcer card on my HDX that has the capability, I'm just going to forward the number to the switch. Thanks for the help though.
