Curry SIP on IPO small edition 4.2 do no work

I can not make it work, incoming or outgoing.
SIP carrier is Intelechoice(CurryIp)
IPO Small edition 4.2
Cable ISP
Netgear router WNR3500L, I forward ports
This is what Curry IP ask me to do.
You may also consider opening the following ports in your router.

Port 7 Echo
3478 => SIP UDP Port used for STUN requests from the IP Office to the SIP provider.
5060 <= => SIP UDP/TCP* SIP Line Signaling
49152 to 53247* <= => RTP/RTCP UDP Dynamically allocated ports used during VoIP calls for RTP and RTCP traffic. The port range can be adjusted through the System | Gatekeeper tab.

The router is open, not firewall.
No firewall in the cable modem.

Please help.

0.0.0.0
192.168.1.1 (my router gateway)
LAN1 (my lan port)

any help.
 
Do you have setup sip uri's on the trunk ?
Do you have setup incoming call routes ?

the wonder of sip.
what is the status of firewall/nat in the network topology tab?

maybe you could download xlite to your laptop/pc and put your sip account details in to see if you can get incoming to work,
 
yes, I setup Sip uri and incoming route, still same.
