I would like a field on a form to show the current time when the field has the focus. I tried with a macro, didn't work. Don't know VB. I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

Create a text Box on your form

In the Data Properties for that text box set the default value to: Time()

Then go to the event tab and choose: On Got Focus
Click Build and choose macro

In the macro choose SetValue
In the Item field enter the name of the text box
In the expression field enter: Time()

Let me know if that helps.

Sorry, it took so long, but I finally got a chance to try it & it works great. Thanks so much for you help.
