current dnb is an ACDN needs to point it to a TNB

I have a user returning from leave,
Ext type is ACDN, I need to assign it to a TNB, but I am a little new at this. I came from Avaya world to Nortel. I have some experience with nortel, just have not got the order of operations down yet. So I need help!

You have to build a new set in LD 11. Assign the ACD DN to Key 0 on the new set.

that will put 6306 back in the vancant dn table.. then build a new set with mcr or scr 6306..

maxp 1 acd is used a lot for a redirect.. i leave for 60 days.. i can forward my phone to mail or remove it and make my dn a maxp1 acd ncfw to mail...
