I have a simple table called products. I have created the table.
Product Name
cost per item: Properties - Number, Long Int,currency, auto

When I go to enter data into the table, here's what I am getting:

Enter Result
6.00 $6.00 -- good
6.15 $6.00 -- Nope?? What is going on?

Seems so simple it hurts my brain.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Long Int
Long integer can't hold decimal values.
Choose either single, double or (preferred) decimal.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Your data type is a Long Integer and its format is currency. Long integers have no fractional part. Your data type should be currency ... not long integer.
