ok,

According to all the forums and info I have looked up, Installing the patch 3 on my BCM should resolve the following issue
RCC reports misreport call data.

Question I need answered is has anyone else running a BCM experienced this issue where the reports are off on on the RCC and if so, did the patch fix this?

A simple yes or know is all i need here, because even though I know I could do the patch install myself, the powers that be in the company want to have the folks that installed the BCM come in and assist me at 150 bucks an hour and I dont really want to spend that kind of money if the patch will not resolve the issue

Thanks
James

Yes. Make sure that you also install any other voicemail/RCC patches that have come out since cumulative 3. I think there are a couple.

Pay close attention to the notes and procedures relating to RCC (especially making sure that RCC isn't polling the BCM during the upgrade). Typically stopping the mysql and RCC Launcher services does the trick.

These are what i am going to get installed

BCM_360[1].281_VM.22.0104.exe

BCM_360[1].283_RCC.61.209.exe

BCN_360[1][1].259_CUMULATIVE.99.3.exe

I pulled them directly from the Nortel site and they looked to be the latest.

Install CP3 first, then VM.0104 then RCC.

You should shut down your RCC server before applying ANY of the patches and don't restart it until you have followed the directions in the RCC readme.

Should solve your problems.
