Hi all,
I need to load in CUE a specific file that the customer send to me.
Of course that .wav file isn't in uLaw, 8000Hz, and I'm trying to convert this file in the correct format.
To do this I'm using Audacity software, and I get a problem:
If the file isn't in the correct format when I try to upload it to CUE, CUE displays in web browser a normal error, but ...
If the file is in the correct format I get to upload it, and when I call to AA the CUE play on the phone this error: "The system is shutdown, try call again in a few minutes" (more o less)
If I record a new message with Windows recorder software, in the correct format, of course, the CUE work fine.
I think that the problem is the wav header, that Audacity software creates a diferent header of Windows recorder software, but I don't know that to do.
Can I configure something in Audacity, I try with the version 1.26 and 1.37.
You know another software, that works fine to CUE.
Thank in advance.
