Where do I go to monitor call traffic on my PRI circuits on the 2811 gateway? First, I would like to make sure traffic is flowing correctly between the two I have and I also would like to make sure the fail over is happening. Is this Possible with out contacting circuit vendor.

Have you tried Real TIme Monitoring Tool? If your UCM is at least version 5, it can be downloaded from the system itself for free. There are tons of suff you can see with it depending on how you want to monitor the system.

I was able to pull reports on incoming and outgoing etc. but I am looking for real time monitoring of the pri ports and seeing what is idle and active as calls are coming in and out. Am I missing something?

That gets done on the gateway it's self using cli commands not on call manager. Your other options would be to purchase ops manager or a third party product to do what you need, but doing it on the gateway itself gets you the best real time information.

On my gateway, I use 'Show Voice Port Status' to see all channels of my PRIs as either busy or not

See faq851-7551 I just posted for information on setting up and using Cisco RTM to monitor T1 active calls and data link status in near real time. This will work while the T1 is registered with a call manager. When it goes into fail over you will need to look at the Gateway as noted in the previous posts.

you could use
show voice call or
show voice call summary

Thanks for all the input from everybody. I'm in and able to view.
