CUCM 8.6: Extension to Extension Dialing Error Message 1

Hi,

I'm having a problem with two remote sites linked via MPLS dialing an extension. When a user dials extension 777 from site 1 & 2 (any phone) they get an announcement from Cisco

"your call cannot be completed as dialed, please consult you directory and call again or ask your operator for assistance"

Extension 777 is a hunt pilot with various times for IT support.

All other sites are able to dial extension 777 no problem, it's just site 1 & 2 that have the issue.

Check the calling search space of the phones that are dialing the hunt pilot. Make sure that it includes the partition of the phones you are trying to reach.
Have you run the DNA tool? What are the results?
