CTT+

Does anyone here have any experience with the CompTIA CTT+ exam? I know that it's a two-parter, first a standard exam and then a video that you have to submit of yourself teaching a class. I have taught the occasional class and will be recording a session for submission next month, but I feel like I still need prep material for the exam portion. Finding any books or resources on the CTT+ is actually pretty slim, outside of the "knowledge domains" listed on the CompTIA site. There was one book that was published awhile back, but it is out of print and was for the previous version of the exam.

Does anyone have any clues or pointers?
