Is there a way to disable ctrl/alt/del? So that when the client boots up, they can log right in instead of having to hit ctrl/alt/del?

thanks!

If you are using AD I think you can use a domain policy to do this. Check in your Domain Policy, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Local Policies, Security Options, Disable CTRL+ALT+DEL requirement for logon.

That might only work for the local computer though, haven't tried.

Hope this helps.

You dont ever want to disable the CTRL/ALT/DELETE function as it is a way to purge the cache information to eliminate trojan virus' before logon...

We don't do it for fun ya know!

Good Luck~

OverDrive2 is right. You should not disable CTRL/ALT/DELETE.

what about once you're logged in. How would you disable ctrl-alt-delete that brings up the windows security screen with the 6 buttons
