CTI Wave Driver

Hi,
I have a problem with the CTI Wave Driver : I'm not able to monitor DTMF on a wav user line !
I've installed the Wave driver as described in the doc. and my Wave licence is OK.

I'm on IPOffice 406 version 3.1.56.

Any idea ?

If you have the app TAPIWaveDrivertest.exe you can check that your TAPI lines are working properly?

Hi,

LineMonitorDigits method doesn't work with WAV users.
This is a known issue for us. (cf Tech Bulletin 80)
I've asked Tier4 for both tracking number & resolution date.
I hope it'll be adressed with next maintenance release.
