cti not working on tda-100

i uses the rander for monitor all call of pbx panasonic kx-tda100.
tapi services is enabled and network connected. but rander not connect to pbx.
please help.

on a tda 100 do you have a cti card?

yes kx-tda100 and cti-card
i ping to tda-100 and enable cti login on the mantance console(port 33333). but login for cti(use the rander) not working.
