CTI Link Pro / Emulator

Does anyone have any knowledge of CTI development? I have a customer who wants to know if they can emulate an IP Office extn to help them develp a custom made CTI application to use with the TAPILink Pro license? They seem to think there is an emulator available for Communications Manager!

I just go off the phone with a customer this morning and he claims that it can be done using PhoneManager. I have never attempted to do this myself, but it did sound pretty interesting.

I'll be talking with him again this afternoon, and I'll see if I can get somemore info for you

Hi everybody,

we have developped an ocx which emulates the TAPI TSP provided by AVAYA. We're french BP of Avaya and have a lot of customers who use our ocx to integrate the CTI into their applications.
This ocx doesn't need the CTI Link PRO licence. It works in a first party mode but could be used in 3rd party if CTI Link Pro is enabled.

From my point of view our developpers has made great job cause the demand is very strong in france for this kind of control.
