Hi guys,

Can anyone help? We have a client who wants to do click to dial, and screen popping from their web based CRM system. I know if it was MS CRM it would be easy with the Avaya software - but this is a beskpoke system. Is there any way to integrate?

I doubt it would be TAPI - is there any way we can integrate with a API and fire up some Java integration or .Net? The developer seemed to suggest it would be fairly easy if we could - not being a CTI expert I wasn't sure!

If someone knows or could point me in the right direction, that would be great!

you could try this

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACA - Voice Services Management
______________
Women and cats can do as they please and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea!

The CTI Data Connector looks great, but I can't seem to get it to see the IP Office TAPI driver. Anyone else tried?

CTI Data seems good - thanks for your replies guys.

Just set TAPI up as usual (check in Outlook that it is setup properly) - then CTI can then be setup easily.

Could dial from a webpage etc by hightlighting, right click, and dial. Isn't the best way to do things, but it does work!

That works nicely, just needed toinitialize it I guess. Thanks! Star for you.

What is the CTI Data Connector? is this Avaya software?

No, it isn't Avaya software, it is made by Mirage. Follow the link the geosat posted and you can read all about it and download a trial as well if you want.
