Hi,
I want to use virtual extensions for Predictif dialing. Is it possible to use CTI fonctionnalties (make calls, transfert ...) using Application Link for virtual extensions?

Thanks

Hi here is a part from applink documantation. According to this, cordless telephones needs licence to be monitored. Cordless extensions are generic extensions so you shall monitor generic extensions via Applink, if you mention generic extensions as virtuals.

This table shows which device types that consumes licenses and which do not:
Device type License consumed
Analogue telephone (ATS) Yes
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) group No
Channel Associated Signalling (CAS) extension Yes
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) group No
Cordless telephone (CXN) Yes
Digital telephone (DTS) Yes

Hi Kank,

But is it possible to use Application Link for generic extension regardless if it is registered in a terminal or not?

Not sure. Only a suggestion. If you have Applink try to start monitor on one of the generic extensions.
