CTI Enabling M2250 Operator Consoles

Hello,

We still use the old M2250 operator consoles for our reception desk. We use CC6 with MLS for cti. I would like to know if there is a way to cti enable these sets so that MLS picks up call information to / from these sets. On ordinary sets pretty much all we have to do is enable AST but there doesn`t seem to be such a setting on the TN of a 2250.

As far as I know, the only way is to connect using the data port in the back of the 2250.

Lots and lots of companies connect the console to a PC/Server for a variety of TAPI thingys

Thank you. That makes sense to me. Don`t suppose you know of any pc software we could use to capture the data at all?
