Dos anyone know of a company which has or can implement a click to dial application. We currently have a Web based company directory using SQL and would like a similar thing to the CM Web dialler where a user can Click to dial

Hi Wayne,

We've done what it sounds like you're wanting to do. That is integrate web dialer with an existing SQL database via a browser based front end. I can give you the specifics if that is what you're wanting to do.

I intend to do this too. The only tip I want to know is how to retrieve the phone associated to a particular user in the call manager. Is it possible in an ASP page ? (something like asking LDAP). After that it's easy to send a push in XML to the phone http server.
If you know how, can you write it to me please?

Hi Wayne, you may not be interested in this requirement any more but the latest version of Ciplets we are about to launch allows you to create Web Ciplets as well as Phone Ciplets. The same app runs on both a phone and a web page and you can enter text in a browser and have it send to a phone etc. You can enter a phone number on the PC or browse to a phone number and click to have your phone dial it.
