I have a TSAPI implementation at my company (Merlin CTI Link) and have written a custom software app to handle the caller ID and perform some basic call control features. What I am wondering is if there are existing methods to capture the caller ID and pass it to the endpoint that is picking up a parked call. From what I can tell the parked call being picked is just passing along the park zone or extension it is being picked up from. But the original caller ID isn't being retained.

Is this something that can be accomplished?

I'm working on the same thing, what are you using to develope this app?

I wrapped the C libraries in Ruby for my implementation.

I modified the existing C++ code from the SDK to pass the ANI or Caller-ID to a simple VB module using the command line.

The C++ app (TSAPIIN.exe) launches the VB app (ANILookup.exe) and does a screen-pop in MSAccess.

Simple but effective and all the coding is in VB so its easy to work with.
