I need to know how unr vs ctd affects a phone. I have been used to using unr on phones and cfxd. Do I need to change all these phones back to ctd for any reason?
CTD (conditional toll denied) is a safety net for long distance calls. Best practice would be all phones set to CTD. UNR is unrestricted class of service.
We controll the international dialing in TGAR not NCOS. Does setting these sets to UNR affect the dialing of international calls if its controller in TGAR?
if your blocking with tgar then ctd and unr will not change that and i can not answer anything about otm.. mine works great, due to the fact that i turned off that server 3 days after i walked into the room.. i have installed it, but am not a big fan
yes/no
depends if you use emulation, and have documentation. Can record a macro, edit the script to pull tn from excel for the simple easy chg. Most use procom, I use reflections with visual basic. If you don't use a emulation pkg allowing scripting, could be doing some database entry there.
