CTA 100 with MICS

Hello all,
Has anybody ever installed the cta 100 with a MICS. (CTA 100 is the interface that allows computer to dial phone). I am trying to hook one with a win2000 pro OS. The software would not take, and now I have a patch for win2k that I will try. My question is once I get this device working, will it integrate with calling software such as outlook or ACT? Or does it have to use the Nortel software that comes with it.

FYI--
After I got the patch I was able to install on win2k and XP boxes. It integrated with outlook and ACT.
