CTA 100 Doesnot load on a WK2 platform

We have tried to load the CTA “Norstar Personal Productivity Suite 1.2 software on a W2K platform and the software starts to load and gets to a point that it just sits there at 50%, The Window Task Manager status indicates the application is at ”No Response”
Is this CTA 1.2 software compatible with w2k?
The computer is a standalone running service Pack 3 so there is n server involved.
Has any one experience this problem and can help before I return the software to my vendor.

How much memory is in the machine? I had a problem with one that had 64M on 2000. I tried another with 128M and it worked fine.

It was loaded on two computers including the one in my office that has 256mb and I got the same results.

There is a patch for using with Win2K.... a known issue. No biggie.

I have gotten it working on a 2000 machine, but you need the patch.
