We have a 61c and a 11c connected through a csu/dsu. We did some rewiring and in the process we had to disconnect our csu/dsu from our switch and from the router its connected to. We reconnected it and we can no longer call ext.'s directly from office to office. For example. I can't dial 2000 which is an ext at our office that has the 11c. Do we need to resync our PRI's or something like that?

It sounds like the PRI's need to be reset. Stat them in LD 60. If the channels come up as MSBY or DSBL, try disabling and enabling the card. If you have a D-channel, first disable the D-channel (LD 96), disable the loop and then enable the loop. Enabling the loop will also enable the D-channel. You may need to do this from both the 61 and the 11. Good luck.

If you're familiar with your CSU, you can look for errors on the T-1 from there and you can run various tests to the CSU at the other end. I should say, however, that not all CSU/DSUs offer this capability.
