I had CS1000Bs with 4.5 (now upgraded to 6.0) so I'm familiar with the platform.
Can you ping the ELAN IP of the SSC (Call Server)?
Can you use PuTTY to log into the SSC via Rlogin?
Is the ELAN link to the Call Server down?
Is the CS up and running (access via TTY)?
Have you tried to reboot (actually pull the power) on the ISP 1000 (SS)?
Possibilities include (some things I have had happen):
- ELAN for SS can't see the ELAN on the CS; could be Ethernet VLAN switch issue;
- Software corruption of the SS;
- Power outage and SS is not really connected to the CS; reboot SS first via physical power cycle;
