Line group setup in CallManager with 6 phones in the group . one of the line gorup members has calls ringing through the line group that she must transfer to another number. when the user makes the transfer the phone will no longer ring through the line group. we have to reset the phone in callmanager to reconnect with the line group. the phone is not losing network connection calls ring direct just not in the line gorup. we have replaced the phone, tried a different network port on the switch, moved the user to a different desk, watched the user to make sure they are not doing anything wrong. any ideas would be grateful.
