I have a faulty processor on a Csi release 10. I will replace the faulty processor with one which has release 9.5.
Can I put the existing flash to the new processor directly or shall I must program the flash that comes with the new processor(R9.5) from the beginning?

#1 That will not work. You can use a NEWER provessor to replace and older one, Past R9.5, but not the other way around. You have to program from the very start, or have a ProVision copy of the switch you can push out to it.

#2 R9.5 was the last release to not use RFA, however, you would need AVAYA to dial in and setup the RTU for you (stations capacity, QSIG/DCS, etc), so you will need the Sold To # and the original SAP Order # for them to do that for you.
