CS60 Wireless Headset not able to answer call with Headset

Hi All,

Has anyone come across this issue with the Plantronics CS60 Wireless Headset? There is an answer button on the back of the CS60 headset but my headset does not answer the call, it hangs up the call OK? (M3905) is there somethings in need to change in the CLS?

don't have that wireless in use, if all else fails, try autoanswer.. some headset users love it, others hate it. works great for a very large acd group with screen pop tied in, you get screen pop, then a beep in your ear and the caller is on the other end.. beam me up

I saw a Plantronics demo last year at Global Connect. The Sales guy said that to use the autoanswer feature, you had to use a headset lifter (sold separately). I don't know what model he was showing, but that could be why. JK
