Ok,. so the guy who use to get the best reports for me has left the business. I need to run an Avaya report showing phnes still registered to the cs1k as we are moving to skype. Anyone able to advise using the cs1k web portal rather than on the actual server ?TIA

for info we are using element manager for the reports

under System/IP Network/Maintenance and Reports click on the GEN CMD button, from Group drop down choose iset and command choose isetShow and click RUN

That will give you a list of every registered set (TN's) on that server, do this for each server.

TBH it would be easier if you logged into the Callserver and in LD 117 just do "locrpt all" as that report gives TN/DN/Type/State/MAC/IP/ERL/ECL/Location

Bignose21 is right that it would be easier in the callserver ld 117 and you can get a lot more information there using locrpt. I think if you use locrpt help it lists out about 15 different ways you can use the locrpt command to find out different stuff. The thread below tells you a lot more of what you can use it for.

thank you for your help - I did the report the first way- whilst a bit convoluted it worked, I don't have the relevant access for the other way unfortunatly

Thank you all for your help
