Hi All,
I have a rls 6 cs1k that is using Dialogic Media Gateways to talk to a Microsoft 2010 UM platform.

I am getting the same BUG1010 errors as in this thread 798-1673008.

Does anyone know the resolution..

I have already updated patches, INI'd and done a parallel reload.


Trying to find out what the solution was for this thread ....Hoping mixtrix remembers.

I don't know how to get to that thread without searching for BUG1010. mixtrix is the handle of the user.

Hi All,

I finally figured it out. I had an extension that is a queue in the Cisco Call Manager that I have a pri to.
That extension was pointed to the Dialogic Gateways attached to the Nortel. Every time a user would call the queue the Message Light Server (Geomant) would try to light the lamp on a phone in the Nortel.

I pointed the Geomant entry correctly and the bug1010's went away..
