CS1K database backup failure

Avaya CS1k release 7.5 system database backup failure. Getting an error message failure to open "config.bak" . Please help to resolve this issue.

Is that the full capture? When you type DAT what does it show & have you looked at the history file for any errors around the date of the last successful backup?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

yes. It is EDD full capture. History file showing last successful back 15 April 2015. Which prompt I can type DAT command?

Log in to the card and type df-k to see if the var is at 100%.
