CS100E,HA.CPPM with same ID

Hi, I took a cs1000e from a site. it is of release 5.0 with HA. Its both CPPM has been programmed as SIDE=0 and i am continuously getting error of that on maintenance terminal. How can i assign any one of these CPPM as SIDE=1 without any downtime and without any data loss. Or what will be the correct procedure to assign SIDE=1 to other CPPM.

Boot off the install media, go to the tools menu and you can set the side information there.

follow this step:
-split the system by ld 135.
-boot from an installation cf of the same sytem type.
-select t for tools menu.
-in the list select select side.

We have had that error scroll on a HA 7.0 box a couple times and on an CS1000M SG. Both of them just needed an INI of the active side to correct. Something got messed up when they were brought online.

Each instance happened after a network switch reboot or a extended power outage.
