CS1000S Rls 7.5 and BCM50 Question

Hi, guys thanks for time and help.

i have this configuration

BCM50---->H323CHAN---->CS1000S---->(TELCO PSTN)

The users on BCM50 use the CS1000S Lines for External Calls
my question is how i can send the extension number id from BCM50 to PSTN?

For example when extension 2222 hit 9 on the phone and make the call NXXNNXXXXX
i need to seed this extension number on the PSTN

If you go to Telephony>Sets>Active Sets, you should see a window with all active sets. There is a tab called Pub. OLI. Thats where you would populate XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Hi, thanks for your time and help all ready have the Pub. OLI Whit the same extension number
for example:

DN: 2222
Pub. Oli: 2222
Priv.Oli: 2222
but still does not work

if the user dials from the BCM50 to the CS1000S i can see the extension number on my phone
but when user use 9 + PHONE NUMBER I can not see the extension number in the PSTN of the CS1000S
i get unknown number calling to 17274554444

You might be sending your BTN. Contact your carrier to see if they are sending the unknown number and change it to the number you need to send.

and i want to send the BCM50 Extension ID to the Carrier
the carrier need to see my BCM50 number 2222

may be something in the CS1000S some features?

when user from bcm50 call to user of CS1000S exten to exten i can see the extension number of the user from BCM50
but when the user of bcm50 make a external call in the T1 PRI i can't see the exten user from the BCM50

somebody has any idea what to do?

On your BCM50 in the Pub. OLI, put in the full 10 digits. NPA-NXX-2222
