We are having an issue with having the audio patch dropping and ending up with a one way speech path. We can hear the person outside of the PBX but they can not hear us. We have used enhanced trace and still can not find anything in common with the calls. We have reset the VGMC and also changed out G729 payload from 30ms back to 20ms and still experiencing the same trouble. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
From what I have read from others on this site it seems one way speech path is often caused by ACL (Access Control List) so see if your network team has made such a change recently. If you have done any PBX patching lately (or not) or if any other network changes have been made that would be the first place I would look. Especially if it was working and now not working for some strange reason.
